Thank You for Considering a Donation to CASA Corridor of East Tennessee
Make a difference in a child's life today!
Every day children in East Tennessee are victimized through abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Every day, through no fault of their own, children are removed from their homes and placed into our juvenile court system. They may be frightened and confused. But, with your help, they are not alone.
The local CASA program in McMinn, Meigs, and Rhea Counties provide trained volunteers who advocate for these children. These CASA volunteers give the children the healing gift of their time, helping each child to a secure, safe, and permanent home where they can thrive. The volunteers stand by the child in court and in life, listening to their fears as well as their dreams, and give them hope and a voice.
CASA needs your help. Your generous donation will fund CASA programs, recruitment of additional CASA volunteers, and continued training and support of volunteer advocates who work for the existing East Tennessee CASA Corridor programs.
CASA Corridor of East Tennessee is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Donations are tax-deductible.
Our volunteer advocates interview parents, teachers, social workers, and anyone else who might have insight into the needs, challenges and strengths of the child. Volunteer advocates form a team with their case supervisor and supplement the role of other professionals involved in the child’s case.
